He was the VISMIN Group Head for Operations of a leading industry player where he managed over 6,500 workers/employees for 12 years. His domain expertise includes large-scale Production Operations; Process Engineering; Logistics and Quality Control. He also had a lengthy stint as Engineering Manager of a leading food manufacturing company
John is an Occupational Health and Safety practitioner and is currently the VP for Finance of MSRS Safety Health Environment Training Services, Inc. Prior to joining JDS Prime, he functioned in the same capacity as Operations Lead for one of the leading players in the manpower services industry.
Joan, prior to joining JDS Prime Inc., was an Operations Manager overseeing several manufacturing plants in Northern Mindanao with 2,000+ workers. Her core strength lies in her exceptional customer service and streamlining operations for productivity gains. She was a versatile Executive Assistant adept at handling complex administrative tasks for top executives in her previous organization before she rose from the ranks because of her stellar performance and dedication to service excellence.
Miah has been an HR Practitioner for more than a decade in a leading service provider prior to joining JDS Prime. She is also an experienced marketing professional and has provided service to clients in different industries from manufacturing; agricultural plantations; mall management; and merchandizing. Her demonstrated capability in managing more than 4000 workers in the southern Mindanao region has earned her the respect of leaders of renowned clients in the manpower and services industry.
Christine has a degree in Hospitality Management. She started her career as a Customer Service Assistant for SM City Davao ensuring that customer experience is always a positive one. She then worked as a Billing and Payroll officer for a leading manpower services provider assigned to various clients in Cebu and Davao. Prior to joining JDS Prime Inc., Tine worked as a Supervisor for a Manufacturing and Marketing company, also in Davao City.
Farrah has a wide experience in manpower deployment management in different Industries; from manufacturing, retail and trade, malls, hotels among others. She has a degree in Information Technology and with long experience as generalist in Human Resources.
Dyan is a graduate of Financial Management and has years of experience in Accounting and Finance and Human Resources from her previous organizations. She also had a stint as an IT and Systems Management in a big manufacturing plant in the Mindanao region. She is currently in charge of HR, payroll and billing.
